Post Outing #2 - Batam Photo Shoot

We came back home safely!

This outing kicks off with a total of 5 pax. We have Patrick, Daphne, Wei Jie, Kat and Shir Lee. The 5 of us meet up at Habour Front Centre, 8.30am. Hoping to catch the earliest boat over to batam but the boat was not available for boarding anymore.. end up, we bought the next earliest ticket.

We had breakfast at McDonalds. Headed to ATM to cash out more $$. And headed to the check in gantry. In a few more minutes, the boat departed SG. We were all surrounded by SMOKE. YES. the smokers on board.. it was uneasy..

After reaching Batam, we headed to Hypermall. checkout the shuttle bus details as well as having our lunch at A&W (bet you will miss it, there is none in SG) later on, hop onto the bus and went round the batam route.. we stopped at Tagoya Hotel and noticed that there isnt much to start our photography thingy. so we walked around that area and headed to their Tagoya Mall. (asked for directions on how to go to the nearest Temple)

We were transported to the TUA PEK GONG TEMPLE within 10mins for 40000rph. haa. then all of us started off taking our photos at that area till everyone finished off with their last shot then we cab back to batam centre to purchase our back to sg ticket. we were then dispersed off for around 20mins for some free and easy time for shopping..

Overall the trip was not bad. Hope everyone had fun as we didnt know each other quite well. Anyhow, theres room for improvement!! (ps: daphne and shirlee somehow busy shopping and had remembered the wrong gathering time so result in missing the boat and end up returning to sg on the next available boat lols!)
