Post Event #4 - Kebun Baru YEC Biennial General Meeting

On the 18 of July, the team KB YEC was spotted at AMK HUB Cathay Cineplex as early as 7.45am.. before that, some were at Mac having their breakfast while some were preparing their stuff at the cinema level..

The meeting kicked off by Emcee Edwin.. introducing the procedures.. and then the meeting started and chaired by Olivia the Vice Chairmen, with Silin the Asst General Secretary and Conny the Treasurer. The committee dissolved and Presiding Chairman Fook Seng took over the meeting. New term candidates were introduced as well as the pledge taking was lead by Eunice Olsen.

The meeting then proceeds with the presentation of the plaques to the previous term members and later kicks off with the long waited moie screening "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince"...
